We recently had JR and his guys re-build our deck. He is very reasonably priced and the work is outstanding. Our original deck that the home builders (Blackwell's) built was nowhere near being to code. JR's guys showed up and tore the old one down, set the footing, and the deck was finished 2 days later. It's nice knowing there is still someone out there like JR who not only does quality work but is genuinely a great person. We will be using him and his crew for any future re-builds or remodeling that we do. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing work done.

JR and his crew are amazing, He built our new huge Deck, and did our new Metal Roof. The prices are reasonable ,and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend to call JR for any House renovations and repairs.

The wife and I were very impressed with the work JR and his crew did this past week. He was able to come rip up and remove a very out-of-code and rotted deck that had been splintering chunks off of it since we bought the home back in September 2019. Not only was JR was able to give us an affordable quote, but his guys were able to start on it that day and had the job done within 6 days. I will definitely be calling him back for my next deck addition when we can get to it. Thank you sir.

15+ years ago, JR put a new roof on the neighbor's house, who spoke highly of JR's professionalism and workmanship. When he did such a good job on my parents' house, he became my "roof guy" after that, doing quality work on multiple projects. Absolutely 5 stars!

We have worked with JR on several occasions for home improvements. He has replaced a roof, built our deck, built a pergola and various other repair needs. He has done work for family and friends. We have used the services of J.R. Barnes for at least 10 years or more. He built us a beautiful porch on the front of our house, then a few years later when my knees gave out, he built a nice ramp coming off the porch. Last year he put a metal roof on my detached garage and put vinyl siding on a back room of the house. He does very good and clean work and cleans up after himself. I will definitely call him for any future jobs I need done.

JR and his crew are excellent. I would highly recommend them for any home remodeling jobs. We are 100% satisfied. They tore our living room down to the studs ,removed all mold, old paneling and removed all the old insulation. The new walls and molding and floors look amazing. JR was personally here everyday his crew was and doing alot of the work himself. Which is rare.
